I thought the same thing - but ANY time after the hops have isomerized the beer can be lightstruck. I brew in my garage and have to be careful about sunlight hitting my carboys during transfers, and during fermentation.

Thanks. My neighbours are lorry drivers and pass through Germany where they buy themselves crates of beer. They then pass over the crates and bottles to me when they have finished. I now have ten crates and they tell me they have more for me! I am pleased as I am aiming for 500 bottles in my store in the garage.
