I have 5g of various WOW-type wines to bottle, after that I've run out of empty glass bottles.

I'll have to resort to... PET bottles  :? How shocking is that?

So now I'm looking for another source of glass bottles... *sigh*

I know, I know!!!

Fortunately it will be about another 2-3 weeks before the next wine is ready, so I have some time to find new bottles.

No pubs near you? Restaurants? They have to pay to dispose of their glass so are normally more than happy to let someone take it :thumb:

You may have to wait until thursday night and go collecting from recycling bins, just make sure no one sees you....

I've used 2L PETs with no problems when i was supplying juice wines to my sister at uni.
They work well because you can squeeze the sides to expel the air, recap them and chuck them back in the fridge.
