I wish I could get this in a kit it's my favourite tiple a good session 🍺
 
resurrecting and old thread I know, but I decided to risk a bottle yesterday.... and really liked it! Must try and find a recipe?
 
Lol! I did say to my wife last night, "I really like this, and didn't expect to! However I wouldn't want to drink too many of them, one or two at most"
There are some flavours I think that seem to have a tendency to build.... banana is one of them. I think it occurs more with the sweeter side of things.
I think it would be a starter beer? As in, having the one before moving on to other stuff?
 
Tbf I didn't hate it, but I am not sure it was for me.. everyone else who tried it hated it

I think you will def want to get a yeast thats going to help bring those flavours out during fermentation and ferment at a temp which suits
