I miss-spent my youth in Burton when beer was delivered in casks, I moved to NZ in '75. I got into the winery service industry as a contract bottler, I drank wine for a while but I prefer beer.
I have been brewing kit beers for a while to get the hang of what to do. I have now built a brewing tower to start whole grain brewing. I have all the ingredients just plucking up courage to start the process. Now I have retired I don't seem to have the time I used to have? No particular problems at this time but I am sure I will be asking for tips as I progress.
