Good morning everyone,
My names Leroy and i'm based in lovely lincolnshire, i have always wanted to brew my own beer, i want to start with kits to get an idea before i move on to full grain mashing.
Last week i made up my first ever beer kit, it's finished fermenting.....well there's no more bubbles being produced!! I've got two 25litre buckets on the go, just wondering what do i do next?? it's fairly cloudy, do i have to add finings now?
