So I found a beer at a bottle stand at Birmingham Beer Bash this year, which I've seen online for sometime. Being intoxicated I coughed up £7 for a small bottle of this IIPA. It was absolutely sublime!

Not wanting to continue paying £7 per bottle I searched and found a clone online. As with most recipes I tweaked it a little here and there... this is what I came up with..

40L

10kg Marris Otter
0.5kg Crystal 30L
0.15kg Cara Malt

30g Warrior @60mins
60g Centennial @30mins
30g Amarillo @20mins
30g Mosaic @20mins
30g Amarillo @10mins
30g Mosaic @5mins
30g Centennial @flame out
30g Amarillo @Day3
30g Centennial @Day 3
40G Mosaic @Day 1

Brew day was fun - A lot of new equipment being tested out for the first time.

Little disappointed with the OG - very likely a problem with my sparging.
All tucked away fermenting ATM, hoping to finish the keezer in time to serve it!
