Hi
Been playing around with Coopers and Festival kits over the last few years and I got a few good ones out them.
I'm looking to get a nice winter ale (not crimbo/ba-humbug thing or stout/porter). But a full body ale/IPA. Something that you can sit down next to the log fire after a good walk in the Yorkshire Dales and enjoy.
I was wondering if it possible to add some oats to a kit as I understand that can give some creamy body to ales. Or am I on the wrong donkey?
Anyone got an idea for a kit recipe that I could use?
