finally getting round to using my ACE boiler for the first time. It has 2 power buttons, bit confused by this? Help!

Hi!
I suspect it has two elements, 900W and 1600W. My ACE does, except the smaller one has been disconnected at the factory (as have all the earlier models).
By activating both elements you get 2500W - you'll need this to get your wort up to boil quickly. Once it's boiling, you will need to switch off the 900W element to get a decent rolling boil.
