Which is the fastest brew kit i can use to make a nice lager?

Making good beer is a lot like making love to a beautiful woman. You have to take your time and make sure she’s ready, in order to ensure that everyone is satisfied!

Seriously though, good beer shouldn’t be rushed. Lagers, especially, need care but most “lager” kits actually have an ale yeast anyway. The Crossmyloof yeasts have a good reputation for finishing quick so you could swap out the kit yeast for their Kolsch or California Common yeast.

My suggestion, buy two kits.
There are plenty of reviews in here to help you decide which lager kit to buy.

Then make up one kit. If you are lucky you might have something that is just about drinkable after 6 weeks (using the often quoted 2+2+2 route).
When the first brew is out of the FV start the second one, but take your time in all stages and especially let it condition properly. But leave it alone until the first brew has gone.
Then notice the difference between the two, and you will then understand what MickDundee has said and also the statement "Patience is the Friend of the Homebrewer".
