I am moving it to the garage today as SWMBO says it's making the kitchen stink of apples, but it's really nippley in there so it's currently 'resting' in the hallway. Hoping the smell is not so noticiable to her.
 
The fermentation is slowing and the SG is under 1.000 now, so I have moved the FV into the cool garage. I also managed a crafty sip from the trial jar and I was very suprised, no harshness at all and very 'lemony' so I presume that's the acidity showing through.

It's starting to clear and looks like it will have a pleasing colour, I'll probably rack it off sometime in the next week or so - more tasting then.
