I nearly always have a 5 litre polypin of TC available for supping/cooking, it is very good, but can be a little on the dry side. The other day I bought a 3 ltr box of Westons Organic cider for just over six quid at Asda. It is a great cider but could do with being a bit drier. As an experiment I tried blending them half and half and, hey presto, my perfect cider, just right. I know the Westons will push up the cost a bit but IMHO it is well worth it. Should be great for the summer! :
