I've not brewed in months and suddenly I get time to brew 2 weeks in row! :party:

Malt Bill:

Pale Malt 4793g
Munich: 305g

Hops: Weight Time

Amarillo 30g 10mins
Cascade 30g 0mins
Fuggle 30g 90mins
Golding 30g 90mins

IBU: 45
Yeast: US 05

May have to change Hop Bill if I don't have enough stock left of listed hops.

I've not used Munich Malt before, hope this will help to get some mouth feel into the beer as I find using just pale malt can sometimes leave the beer tasting quite thin.

Any suggestions? :cheers:
