Good evening everybody, my name is Jon and I'm Derbyshire born and bred :hat:
I made an initial return to home brew last year after a break of approximately 20 years (back then most of my brews were quite yeasty with a dry bite and I used to proclaim through gritted teeth how good they were !!!). Last year upon my return I did a couple of youngs definitive fruit wine kits which weren't bad, a couple of yorkshire bitter kits that with time were drinkable and a victorian bitter kit that was quite frankly........ bloody awful !!!!.
Now I'm on the two can kit wagon and mightily impressed with my current results. How kits have progressed.
