Well today has been a bit of a hectic one. It started out hoping to be a beer brew day but turned into a wine marathon.

I started by racking 5 gal of Exotic Rosé to long term storage vessel stopped on 15/1, started 8/12. Then I racked and stopped 5 gal Grapefruit & Pineapple, SG: .994 started on 5/1, which tasted really nice. That one had zest in which at this early stage seemed to give it a bit of zing. Then I bottled 30 bottles of Apple & Mango because SWMBO had run out of wine. So that stocks should not go down I then made 5 gall of Pineapple & Passion Fruit. I've added 2 grapefruit zest to this one to see how it goes.

So all in all a fairly productive Sunday and SWMBO happy. Now time for a glass of Cellar 7 Merlot 2011 vintage. But a bit thin. Note to self: Don't make this one again. But still drinkable. :thumb:
