Currently brewing a evil dog ipa, my first effort at home brewing.

I've got to the stage of adding my tea bag hops. The first one went in and I didn't notice until the cup was empty that the bag had split with the loose mix dropping into the fv. My question is how do I save my beer or it going to be ok? Will the new floaters eventually sink?

If you have hops floating on the top of your FV you can remove them using a sanitised muslin bag.

...and when you bottle/keg it, use so e sanitised muslin over the end of your syphoning tube. Filters out some of the smaller particles!

Loads of people dry hop with loose hops, it's not a big deal!

Thanks for the responses.
Leaving it a few more days then going to put into a bottling bucket through the muslin, hopefully this should sort it out.
Thanks again.
