Yup brum,

Carb tester starting to firm up. It should be ready for posting between 31st oct - 8th november based on similar brews at that strength.

Steve G - Can you handle 7.74%? :-D - if you brew brewfferm the answer must be yes ;)

I've never brewed a brewferm kit before. So I suppose this will be a first. And thanks a lot. I look forward to it :-)
 
Highest I've brewed so far is a choco stout type BIAB at just over 6% with that MJ M03 Newcastle yeast.
