A wok? I got given one of them. You have to adopt a backward reverse psychology strategy here. I only use mine for 2 things. Chicken balls and donuts.

That's the beauty of the HBC AG kits - a lot of prep work done already! No weighing out, everything good to go. Good job, because I suspect (know) I will have a stinking hangover.....

First mash well and truly under way, sparge water heating. The first batch (English Pale) I'm going to first hop, so they are in the boiler along with my brewing salts ready for the good stuff. All on track so far.....
