My coopers pimped Irish stout has been in the barrel since second week in November and was meant to be for Xmas,had a few more today dinner and half way down the keg now and its absolutely fantastic,can I keep some for this Friday? Gonna be hard to resist it, I can hear it calling me now, drink me drink me
 
I had to bottle ar 1020 today primed with 168g off suger
16 days at 22c it just stopped fermenting
 
What was the OG? If it was high, then you probably hit the yeasts alcohol tolerance. Just a thought.
