I'm brewing in the morning, I dont know if your anything like me but at this point I keep pacing back and forth to BeerSmith every two minuits tweaking. I want to make somthing akin to the big american IPA's that are a bit cloudy and arnt all that pale.

I'm settled on a grain bill (for 23L)

4.50 kg Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM) Grain 72.00 %
0.75 kg Munich Malt (9.0 SRM) Grain 12.00 %
0.25 kg Barley, Flaked (1.7 SRM) Grain 4.00 %
0.25 kg Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L (40.0 SRM) Grain 4.00 %
0.25 kg Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L (80.0 SRM) Grain 4.00 %
0.25 kg Wheat, Torrified (1.7 SRM) Grain 4.00 %

Est Original Gravity: 1.060 SG
Est Final Gravity: 1.014 SG
Estimated Alcohol by Vol: 6.00 %

But I torn between either using 4 european hops:
5.00 gm Bobek - Barley Bottom - AA 5.2% - £3.29/100g - 2010 [5.20 %] (60 min) (First Wort Hop) Hops 2.5 IBU
5.00 gm Aurora - Barley Bottom - AA 8.1% - £2.99/100g - 2010 [8.10 %] (60 min) (First Wort Hop) Hops 3.9 IBU
25.00 gm Magnum [14.00 %] (50 min) Hops 29.2 IBU
25.00 gm Magnum [14.00 %] (30 min) Hops 23.6 IBU
25.00 gm Aurora - Barley Bottom - AA 8.1% - £2.99/100g - 2010 [8.10 %] (15 min) Hops 8.8 IBU
25.00 gm Bobek - Barley Bottom - AA 5.2% - £3.29/100g - 2010 [5.20 %] (0 min)
Bitterness: 68.0 IBU

Or
trying an all Centennial with lots of additions throughout the boil

Centennial is a new hop to me, has anyone tried an all Centennial (similar to Cascade apparently) or dose it sound ike a bad idea?

Works well for me. I actually prefer it over Cascade.

Well, it's a single hop Centennial that's draining into the FV as we speak! I guess I'll know in a month or so if it was a good idea or not!

Hit my 1.060 OG on the nose, very happy with that!

Bell's Two Hearted Ale is what this sounds like. OG of 1.064 and 100% Centennial hops. I love that beer. I think you'll be quite pleased too!
