Can I ask how often and how much I should be brewing to keep a steady flow of home brew at my disposal. I know this isn't an exact science and all depends how much I drink etc. But I am asking on average. For example I am planning to brew this week a bitter - a stout and a wherry real ale. Once these are ready approx end of May how often would u recommend I brew after that? A batch every 2 weeks? month? 6 weeks? Just like :cheers:to know what folks are brewing out there and how often :|

My method is:
When one brew has fermented, I leave it on the garage floor to clear. After a week, I transfer it to a second FV to batch prime, prior to bottling/kegging. I then clean and sterilise the first FV and get a second brew on straight away.
So my answer would be, about every 7 to 8 days.
Hmm, sounds a lot, looking at it on the screen! But I'm trying to build up a store as it will be a bit too warm in the summer to brew a lot.
Anyway, I've got family and friends who do like a Beer!
