Can I ask how often and how much I should be brewing to keep a steady flow of home brew at my disposal. I know this isn't an exact science and all depends how much I drink etc. But I am asking on average. For example I am planning to brew this week a bitter - a stout and a wherry real ale. Once these are ready approx end of May how often would u recommend I brew after that? A batch every 2 weeks? month? 6 weeks? Just like :
