Got a noticeable TCP flavour to a 50lt and 25lt batches of beer made on the same day, not sure how i got the infection in it, i used yeast that i had harvested, two different types, possibly i stressed it out as it took nearly three days to fire up, it was going fine in the the starters i made..possibly a wild yeast infection but im not to sure about that..all three fermenters getting an infection..i dont think so. the only other thing i can possibly think of is that my pump broke on the CFC and i had to no chill overnight..have done it before whithout issue...they have all been fermenting for over two weeks now and have stopped at over 1020, have stirred one as well to no avail..cant see the yeast has done this and there is a massive sediment laydown...any thoughts anyone ?

I use videne to the correct t dilution...I have heard wild yeast infection can cause the tcp taste.
