Finally got round to heading to Warminster Maltings the other morning.
Apparently our oldest working malting. Hopefully I can take the tour soon, but only had time to pick up this time.
They are pretty close to me and open at 8am so can pick up some malt and back in time for work :)
Lovely and fresh, just crushed the afternoon before and finished malting that previous day too. Doesn't get much fresher! About �ã1.40 per kilo too.
Just need to work out what to do with 25kg of MO now :)
