well im on my 3rd batch as the wife has drunk all the others
But i had no ale yeast that i used before only some wine yeast so ive used this and

WOW ive never seen anything bubble away like this ,the air trap is bubbling every 4/5 seconds is this ok or have i boobed up
 
I used wine yeast and 1 teaspoon of yeast nutriant and it bubbles like a nutter,Every 3 to 4 secs...I have converted an old powwow water bottle so I used 14 litres of apple juice, 4 Litres of boiled vimto.Its been fermenting for 10 days and is at OG 1.030 ( its been dropping 0.010 a day ) So all things crossed :pray: it will be ready for campen tablet and stabaliser in next day or two and transfer to secondary,Then cool and leave to clear for a few days before moving to a corny and blasting it with around 60psi to get the fizz. :cheers: :thumb:
