Snow fun all this cold ... so whacked another wine on:

1L Apple Juice
1L Apple and Elderflower
500ml White Grape Juice
700g sugar
Topped up to 5l and added usual feeding stuff !

OG 1.084

Where did you get the WGJ from.
Can't seem to get it round here. :thumb:
 
Sank a bottle of this last night. For an early bottle this was absolutely delightful. By far my favourite wow to date. I thought it was a bit like a Reisling.

Not sure how much concentrate is. For this recipe you’re only using 500ml of the wgj so you do get 10l wine for the carton. With other juices of course.
