Young's u Brew Brew Buddy Cider Kit still does taste a bit of yeast . its been about 3 weeks since a bottled but its got a nice sour taste to it which i love and has made me think , is there any thing a can add to cider or lager to make it sour sour , im a sour freek, when i whem to the usa i got so much really sour sweets to take home , i can eat lemons and goose berrys are no problem for me,sorry to go on but im am drinking my home brew at the mo , and if imk asking to musk on this site just tell me , but im serious about adding sour to larger and cider :drunk:

Great post

I'm not sure hmm, maybe some lemon peel could be used - search the forum i'm sure someone brewed with lemons recently :thumb:

If you like sour thing jans try a lambic or gueuze beer from belgium
Some of them are so sour that sucking a lemon is the only way to get rid of the taste
If you try it and like it then there is a yeast blend HERE so that you could try brewing your own.
I know of no one else in the UK who has tried :hmm:
Maybe you could be our pioneer :thumb:
