:whistle:all bubbling away happily this morning.

But if you use finings, within a few days it will clear

Is it ok to add finings immediatley after you have added the campden and potassium or should it be left a few days? The instructions on my potassium says the DJ should be "swirled well daily for 2-3 days".... but surely this would upset the fining process.

I add a Campden de-gas, then I add the finings and shake it again.

How did the Wurzel's Oranges compare from the 2 dates?
Do they taste just as nice or is it worth leaving for the longer time?

Although this stuff is ready for drinking almost immediately, it does improve for keeping a month or two, if it ever gets the chance.

Them there filters are just the dogs...... :thumb:

I love mine, it clears stuff brilliantly even when the finings haven't done their best work! I recently had a white kit that for some reason just wouldn't clear, shoved it through there and it was crystal. trouble is there was that much in suspension that i also went through 5 filter pads :( not to worry though it saved the brew

I had a few questions I was looking to be answered about using wines made from juices from the shop.

I would suggest a White Grape Juice plus one other that you like the sound of.
