Hi guys I recently brought one of the £35.00 wort chillers from eBay. My skills and knowledge of DIY are zero to non existant! I have had a look at the adaptor from my garden Hose and it appears to be a different size. Any help to a complete buffoon would be great.
 
It doesn't fit! The connection on the chiller is to big to fit onto my hose connector.
 
Take a picture of your connector on your chiller(you may have bought one for a kitchen tap).. I had a screw on thing to my outside tap so you just clip it on

Either take that green adapter off completely to push your tap connector straight into hose; or you can cut a piece of hose, fit it into the green adapter and then connect that to your tap connector, which then means you have more flexibility.
