I bought a wine kit maybe 3 years ago and never got around to making it. I'm sure all the dry ingredients are fine but how long is the grape mash good for? It's a Pinot Grigio and I don't remember what color the juice looked like when I bought it but it kinda looks dark now. I know this is a dumb question but before I threw it away I wanted to run it by someone. Thanks.
