122nd brew 15/01/17. Brewed to use up the last of the MO so that is why there are several other grains in the brew.

3.3kg Maris Otter, 470g of Munich Malt, 500g Wheat Malt, 200g of Carared. Hops are 29g Chinook at the start of the boil 70mins, 8g Centennial and 8g of Simcoe at 15minutes, same again at 5 and then 17g of Centennial and 16g of Simcoe at flameout.

Brix reading before Sparge was 20 so it would have been 11.5%

I did a Brix reading at pitch and it came in at 12.33 which would have been 6.6% so I added some cold water and the final OG was 1.046 to 1.048 so we are looking at between 4.5 and 5%. Colour at pitch is dark yellow/straw colour. Smell very malty, taste is sweet at first, not massively full, but with long lingering bitterness and very smooth.
