Hi all.

Made my first mead up, and it has finished up quite dry. Is there any way I can sweeten it without it fermenting again?
 
Dissolve some honey and add that back to it to taste then stabilise and use finings(if you need to). Sometimes i blend mine in the glass to taste as i am lazy. You need around 2kg per gallon for a sweet Mead, possibly a little more.
