At Hull Crown Court today a lorry driver was jailed for 14 months for driving through a red light and killing two people (a mother of 43 years and her daughter aged six years) who were on a pedestrian crossing at the time!

I fail to see any point of introducing a "new" law when current laws are not fully enforced.
