Hi,
I have been using kits for my home brew for the last two years but have recently moved onto all grain brewing in my grainfather. I have only made a couple of brews in it and had reasonable results but I know I can get better.
Currenty in the middle of making a fermenting fridge with the help of an STC1000 and hopefully this will improve my brews!
Looking to gain knowledge here but always happy to help with anything I can!:thumb:
