Evening all!

i've been wanting to brew my own for years, after finally taking the plunge.

THE BREW IS ON!!

I havent aquired the pallet for ale or bitter yet, still a lager lover!

Im brewing a pilsner for my first attempt.

cheers all!

ive got another week or so of fermentation, i've not taken the lid off to check the temperature. Can you do that or is it best just to leave it?

go out
run a marathon
dig the garden
cut the lawn
put the garbage out
leave it alone
don't look
