Just moved my lager to 2nd FV after 10 days it had a reading of 1018 and I have added 100g of saaz hops. Wondering if it's the right amount to add and how long I should leave them in. I was planning to leave them for 5 or 6 days would this be about right.

Sounds fine to me. I actually left my hops in with this kit for almost 2 months. Was still fine. No grassy tastes
Just make sure your gravity has dropped to expected levels and it's finished fermenting before bottling .
