There is a lot out there about onion and garlic flavours. Ive just done an all summit brew and wondering what others have made of this hop.
 
well I've only used it once, but combined with Amarillo, Centennial, Columbus and Simcoe, but still used it for 46IBU's in a 106IBU American IIPA, and I could taste a bit of "skunkiness" from it, but that's ok by me :thumb: also I have another 100g sitting in the freezer for the same again.
 
I recently made a stout which I used a combo of WGV and Summit, it has turned out really nice! With a lot of front end spicy flavours, I like it...will be making that recipe again :thumb:
