Hope somebody point me the correct way,

From your experience what is the lowest practical specific gravity to start a WOW wine and then the highest, if this depends on the yeast can advise me on the different types.

Also if I feed the yeast with sugar what specific gravity to start adding the sugar and how much sugar to add to a gallon

WOW isn't really suited for turning into rocket fuel, it is intended to be a quick to make, easy drinking, fairly light bodied white wine.

Stay between OG 1.075 to 1.100
