I like to have some of this about all the time. For me it's like having my own version of ESB. It's very sweet but drinkable. It's also the only recipe that i've duplicated because i liked the first so much. The one i'm drinking now is a lower alcohol version for my friends wedding. 5.4% ABV. Still tastes great.

OG:1067 FG 1016 ABV 6.7%

IBU's 42. Colour 12 SRM

6266g Maris Otter
501g Crystal
36g Choc
150g Malted wheat

2hr mash @ 68-66C

Hops boil 90mins
20g Sticklebract 11.2%
15g Green Bullet 13.2%
15mins:
20g Green Bullet 13.2%
15g NZ Goldings 3.7%

40g Green Bullet 13.2% Steep 20 mins.

1 tsp Irish Moss 10 mins.

1968 ESB Yeast.

2 hr mash @ 68-66C plus 30 min mash out at 77C.

90 min (fly)sparge.
