What about some flaked rye?
I may just have to try that one next time instead of the malted rye I've been using. I have only looked for flaked corn/maize and just hadn't looked to see what else they sold under that category. I see it is pregelatinized.

I've never compared the flavour directly, but it should probably help with head retention.
Has anyone tried Siren's Liquid Mistress? On keg at least it has a distinct orange zest dimension to its dry rye goodness. I'm thinking I might try to replicate it for my next brew, perhaps with some smoked chilli. It would certainly seem to be a good flavour combination but hs anyone tried similar?
