Greg Hughes oat stout

I'm doing this brew in Nov. Was wondering if anyone has done it what was the taste like as thinking I like a nice creamy stout if I added more oats would that help or am I waaaaay off.

I've not made it. But I would make it according to the recipe if I did, or not increase the oats too much, you might wreck it by going too far.

If you are looking for that cream-like head you get on a proper Guiness pint, etc. then I think you'll find that you'll need a source of Nitrogen gas to carb it.
