Default Raspberry and Apple Cider

Decided to make some Fruit Cider

4 Litres of 100% Pressed Apple Juice
1 Litre of 100% Apple and Raspberry Juice
Added yeast nutrient and Gervin Wine Yeast then added 1 pack of Tescos Dark Fruit been fermenting now 2 weeks and is looking good cant wait to try it

Just put this one on, used Cranberry and Raspberry as the second juice as that's what came to hand in Tesco. Mushed the fruit to get the best out of it. Might be a bit sweet for me but the family like that sort of thing. I might also take a couple of bottles in for people at work.
