2 weeks ago i started 2 brews, one a youngs mango and raspberry and one a wilko's fruit of the forrest.
The specific gravity when i started was 1046 for the youngs and 1052 for the wilko's one. For the wilko's one i only used 20l of water and added extra sugar to try and make it a bit stronger and with more flavour.
I have just been checking them now, the youngs kit is really clear and has a gravity of 1006. The wilko's kit is 1018 and is quite cloudy and not very flavorsome.
Do you think the wilko's kit needs more time? I will check the gravity over the next couple of days, but just wanted peoples opinions?
Is there anyway of clearing the wilko's kit if fermentation has completed?
