Hi All, new to the forum, and to brewing. In need of some help!

I have bought the above kit (On the Rocks Raspberry & Lime Cider), and I've stupidly thrown the instructions away. I've had this in a 25litre glass carboy with airlock for just over 3 weeks now. Would someone be able to tell me the next stages (I have a sachet of concentrate flavourings left).
I've also planning on bottling this in 330ml/500ml glass bottles (what I can get my hands on). Would 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar be ok to prime this? Can someone also explain the chance of a 'cider bomb'? Presuming this just means the glass bottle exploding?!
Thanks in advance.

I think you add 85g of sugar. I have one down the cellar, will check in the morning.
Rack it off into a clean FV add the flavour pack dissolve the sugar in it, then fill your bottles
