Here is a suggestion:

Maris Otter or other Base Malt 5kg
Wheat 100g
Crystal 250g

Marynka 30g @ 60mins
Marynka 15g @ 15mins
Marynka 55g @ 0mins

US 05 or maybe Coopers yeast.
Up to 500g white sugar can easily be accommodated to make it a "big" beer that tastes "small".
