Have used that quuite a few times, never had any problems, or with any other youngs products!
lasts for about 3 months, keep it in the fridge
It's a general purpose yeast . . . more suited to wine than beer . . . in fact I would bet it was a wine strain . . . not that Youngs will tell you . . . but they do say it's safe for wine and beer . . .I wonder what sort of beer they drink . . . . Carlsberg anyone?
