I had a go at brewing my 1st ale recently and tried the Bulldog 4 Finger Jack American Pale Ale.
All went well and I bottled up some and had a go at kegging the rest. However I misread the instructions and added enough sugar for a 5 gallon keg to 3 x 5 litre mini kegs!
Fortunately, and quite by chance, I was told of my schoolboy error before they had chance to blow up my spare room! I put the kegged ale back into an FV for another week or so and then re-kegged.
Anyway, fast forward a month and it tastes fantastic! So much better than the bottled version. I have no idea what the alcohol content is as I never took a reading, but it's strong!
