just kegged a black rock Pale Ale £8.95:whistle: after letting it sit for 5 days in the FV after intial burst of fermentation has died away with 50 gram of Azzaca and had a little taste, methinks its a coarse and distance runner very nice and really comes through on this Pale.someone I think said on here that its a hop aroma that fades pretty quickly though, hope not as itll be at least 3 months before I get around to tapping the keg(new years resoloution only drinking on Fridays and over the weekend, bloody hard though when its all sitting there and calling out DRINK ME):thumb:
