having worked in the trade as in cash and carry that only sold alcohol we got checked regular for counterfit goods we was always clean
BUT even the big boys have been caught with it tesco etc
infact tesco got caught with a LOT of dodgy vodka they didnt know it was fake to be fair
as for owning a still its totally legal to own one like many things you can own it but you cant use it
