Based again on one of the fantastic Coopers recipe i started this Brew this afternoon First off i crushed 50g Roast barley and 150g Amber Malt in a plastic bag with a rolling pin. Soaked it at 67c for 30 minutes, what a great smell :mrgreen: Added 500g of medium spray malt, 350g dextose 150g kane suger 100g white suger !
