Based again on one of the fantastic Coopers recipe i started this Brew this afternoon :D First off i crushed 50g Roast barley and 150g Amber Malt in a plastic bag with a rolling pin. Soaked it at 67c for 30 minutes, what a great smell :mrgreen: Added 500g of medium spray malt, 350g dextose 150g kane suger 100g white suger !

Must say that sounds like it may be a little bit tasty!! Keep my eyes peeled for updates. Looking at doing some extract stuff as I progress from kits.

Genius idea. Don't reckon my Mrs would think the same though if I'm honest.

Airlock activity has stopped 1011 i will wait until the weekend before taking another measurement ;-)
