I've just registered on the forums here, having been lurking around reading some posts for a few days.

I'm English but live in Prague. This means that:

A. brewing my own beer is likely to be more expensive than going to the pub to drink beer :-)

and

B. I need to learn a lot of new Czech words that most Czechs probably won't know. :-)

I'm new to brewing and intend to start with all-grain, I'm not really interested in extract or kits to be honest. EDIT - re-reading this sentence it sounds really snobby and not the way I want to introduce myself. :-) I didn't mean it in that way, was just describing my plan.

Anyway, just wanted to say Hi and cheers!

Hi and welcome. No reason you can't start with AG. It's not that complicated or difficult. It's fun.
