Ford? Starting in 1968:
o Prefect. (Oh those bloody windscreen wipers!)
o Thames Van. (Did some serious shenanigans in the back if that one!) :thumb:
o Capri. ("Babe Magnet!" but only if you were a gymnast; which I wasn't.)
o Escort. (Kiddie carrier; you get older right!)
o Fiesta then Fiesta Van. (For SWMBO for work.)
o Transit Van SWB. (Severely married by this one; but great to throw dead deer into the back.)
o Transit Van LWB. (Kids left home so SWMO and self slung mattresses and Porta-Potty into the back and toured France in it.)
o Transit Van Motorhome. (Current vehicle sat on the drive; rusty but reliable.)
Interspersed with other marques but over the years but Ford always good value, looked good and reliable.

I think the worst thing about this story is that a newspaper has probably paid to access somebody's private emails. These kind of things annoy me...it's a breach of confidentiality and the reason why I hold the press in contempt.
